E4446A PSA 高性能頻譜分析儀可測量和監(jiān)測頻率高達 44 GHz 的復雜射頻、微波和毫米波信號。使用外混頻選件可進一步擴展頻率范圍：使用是德外混頻器時可達到 110 GHz；使用其他廠商的混頻器時可達到 325 GHz。
