安裝前，將電機(jī)輸入軸、定位凸臺(tái)及減速機(jī)連接部位的防銹油用或鋅鈉水擦拭凈。其目的是保證連接的緊密性及運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)的靈活性，并且防止不必要的磨損。

減速機(jī)內(nèi)部齒輪的齒距和壓力角 小齒距能保證有較多的輪齒同時(shí)接觸，齒輪重疊增多，減少單個(gè)齒輪撓曲，降低傳動(dòng)噪聲，提高傳動(dòng)精度。較小的壓力角由于齒輪接觸角和橫六角空心磚模具向重疊比都比較大，因此運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)噪聲小、精度高。

The tooth distance of the gear in the reducer and the small pitch of the pressure angle can ensure that there are more teeth at the same time, the overlap of the gear is increased, the deflection of the single gear is reduced, the transmission noise is reduced, and the transmission precision is improved. The smaller pressure angle is due to the larger contact ratio between the gear contact angle and the six corners of the hollow brick mold, so the running noise is small and the accuracy is high.

減速機(jī)內(nèi)部齒面硬度 隨著齒輪硬齒面技術(shù)的發(fā)展，其承載能力大、體積小、重量輕、傳動(dòng)精度高等特點(diǎn)使其應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域日趨廣泛。但為獲得硬齒面采用的滲碳淬硬使齒輪產(chǎn)生變形，導(dǎo)致齒 輪傳動(dòng)噪聲增大，壽命縮短。
