混流泵

三）密封裝置是由填料函、水封圈、填料壓蓋和鉛粉（或油浸）石棉盤根填料組成。其作用有：

   1、啟動(dòng)時(shí)防止空氣吸入泵內(nèi)，起密封作用。

   2、抽水時(shí)防止水從泵內(nèi)過多的沿軸大量流出。

III. Sealing equipment is composed of stuffing box,

water seal, packing gland,lead powder(or oil immersed)

packing padding.Its use is as follows:

   1. When

starting, stop the pump from sucking air and realize the sealing function.

   2. When

drawing water, stop the water running out through the axle from pump.

（二）開車前準(zhǔn)備：

1、檢查地腳螺栓的堅(jiān)固情況。

2、檢查傳動(dòng)皮帶松緊程度及安裝設(shè)備是否安裝妥善。

3、檢查進(jìn)、出水管是否進(jìn)氣、漏水。

4、檢查填料松緊是否適宜。

5、檢查電動(dòng)機(jī)和水泵軸心線是否在同一直線上，直聯(lián)時(shí)，電動(dòng)機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)方向是否符合泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向。

6、檢查泵內(nèi)有無障礙，軸是否卡住，用手轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)應(yīng)輕無雜音。

II. Preparation Before Starting

1. Check the foundation bolts if they are firm.

2. Check the degree of tightness of drive belt and check the

installation if it is suitable.

3.Check the water–in and outpipes if they are leaking water and air.

4.Check the degeree of tightness of padding if it is suitable.

    5.Check the

motor and pump axile lead if they are in the same line and check the direction

of rotation of motor if it is the same with the rotation direction of pump.

    6.Check the

pump if there are barriers , if the axile locks, there should be no noises when

turing it by hand.

用戶選擇水泵時(shí)， 是到農(nóng)機(jī)部門認(rèn)可的銷售點(diǎn)，一定要認(rèn)清生產(chǎn)廠家。建議優(yōu)先考慮購買充水式潛水電泵，并且看清牌號和產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量合格證。千萬不能購買“三無”（即無生產(chǎn)廠家、無生產(chǎn)日期、無生產(chǎn)許可證）產(chǎn)品，否則出現(xiàn)了問題，用戶將束手無策。

作為用戶，由于受到專業(yè)知識的局限，很難定奪，  靠而又比較成熟的產(chǎn)品，不失為一種明智的選擇。同時(shí)，應(yīng)根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)氐碾娫辞闆r來決定用單相泵或三相泵。
