五金沖壓件材料的硬度檢測，其主要目的就是確定購入的金屬板材退火程度是否適于隨后將要進行的沖壓件加工，不同種類的沖壓件加工工藝，需要不同硬度級別的板材。

槽鋼的鋸削：槽鋼的鋸削與扁鋼一樣，但是要分二次從寬邊面往下鋸，不能在一個面上往下鋸，應盡量做到在長的鋸縫口上起鋸，因此工件必須多次改變夾持的位置。

清除沖壓機床滑塊底面、工作臺面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動沖壓機床飛輪（或操縱點動按鈕），調整上滑塊到上死點位置，并轉動調節(jié)螺桿，將連桿長度調到短（即閉合高度大）。

Manually pull the stamping machine flywheel (or point moving button), adjust the upper slider to the upper dead point, and rotate the adjusting screw, the length of the connecting rod to the shortest (i. e. the maximum height of the closed height).
