混流泵

開車順序：

    1、關(guān)閉出口閘閥

    2、將水注入水泵，以排除進(jìn)水管及泵內(nèi)空氣，可從泵體頂端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（開動真空泵，排除水泵及管內(nèi)氣體在水充滿水泵的同時，起動水泵，打開閘閥，停止真空泵）。

3、開啟電動機(jī)（注意水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向）。

    4、當(dāng)電動機(jī)正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)后，逐步開大閘閥，達(dá)到所要求的工況后，調(diào)節(jié)填料松緊。若水泵運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，軸承溫度等都正常，則可繼續(xù)運(yùn)行。

III.  Starting

Sequence

   1.Close the oulet

sluice valve.

   2. Inject

water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized

by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or

by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump and pipes, start

the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the

vacuum pump).

   3. Start the

motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

   4. When the motor runs normally, turn up the

sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the

required working condition.If the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is

normal, and it can run sequentially.

Maintenance

    1、經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度，軸承箱內(nèi)應(yīng)裝70%的鈣基黃油，不得過多或過少，軸承升溫一般不得比周圍超過35°C，軸承的極限溫度不得超過75°C（用手摸感到燙手），若超過應(yīng)停車檢查原因予以消除。

Check the bearing temperature

regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or

too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher

than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

1、單級單吸離心泵

老的泵型號有BA、B型單級單吸離心泵，80年代，我國根據(jù)國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和排灌機(jī)械實(shí)際情況，對離心泵產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行更新?lián)Q代研制工作，并生產(chǎn)IB型、IQ型單級離心泵系列產(chǎn)品，已列為國家專業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。

單級單吸離心泵，水由軸向單面進(jìn)入葉輪，葉輪只有一個，因此稱為單級單吸離心泵。其特點(diǎn)是，與混流泵、軸流泵相比，揚(yáng)程較高，流量較小，結(jié)構(gòu)簡單，使用方便。

IQ型單級單吸離心泵（又稱輕小型離心泵）是針對國國情并滿足用戶提出結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、重量輕、價格低、性能好和配套方便的要求而設(shè)計的，共有84種產(chǎn)品，分3個派生系列，413個規(guī)格型號。

1、如果水泵有任何小的故障切記不能讓其工作。如果水泵軸的填料完磨損后要及時添加，如果繼續(xù)使用水泵會漏氣。這樣帶來的直接影響是電機(jī)耗能增加進(jìn)而會損壞葉輪。

2、如果水泵在使用的過程中發(fā)生強(qiáng)烈的震動這時一定要停下來檢查下是什么原因，否則同樣會對水泵造成損壞。

3、當(dāng)水泵底閥漏水時，有些人會用干土填入到水泵進(jìn)口管里，用水沖到底閥處，這樣的做法實(shí)在不可取。因?yàn)楫?dāng)把干土放入到進(jìn)水管里當(dāng)水泵開始工作時這些干土就會進(jìn)入泵內(nèi)，這時就會損壞水泵葉輪和軸承，這樣做縮短了水泵使用壽命。當(dāng)?shù)组y漏水時一定要拿去維修，如果很嚴(yán)重那就需要更換新的。（一）用途：HW型混流泵為臥式、單級、單吸、懸臂蝸殼式混流泵，適用于農(nóng)田排灌、工業(yè)、城鎮(zhèn)給排水及船塢、碼頭引水等。
