混流泵

（二）泵蓋是泵與進(jìn)水管相連的零件，其端面與葉輪之間留有規(guī)定的軸向端面間隙（在消除軸承軸向活動(dòng)間隙以后，保持規(guī)定的軸向間隙）。間隙過小產(chǎn)生磨擦，過大則會(huì)導(dǎo)致泵內(nèi)壓力水回流，使泵的效率降低，通過增減調(diào)整紙墊達(dá)到規(guī)定的間隙。

the gap is too small, contrary, if the gap is too large, the pressure water in

pump will reflux which

makes the

feeiciency reduced.Adjust the paper washer and make the gap be stated one.

3、安裝基礎(chǔ)：要求土質(zhì)堅(jiān)實(shí)牢固。

  4、水泵安裝時(shí)，必須保證泵軸的水平位置。

  5、進(jìn)水管末端應(yīng)浸入水平面以下一米左右，但須離開泥底半米左右。

  6、水泵安裝好后，計(jì)算允許吸上高度和揚(yáng)程，在水位穩(wěn)定的條件下，要求為規(guī)定數(shù)量值的0.8~1.2倍范圍，否則水泵不會(huì)正常運(yùn)行

 1、上緊壓蓋到適應(yīng)程度

 2、調(diào)整填料搭口，使之錯(cuò)開一定角度而不在一個(gè)方向

 3、更換填料

 4、更換符合要求的石棉填料
