混流泵

（一）   特點：

體積小、重量輕、流量大、，抗汽蝕性能好，區(qū)范圍寬廣而平坦，結構簡單，使用方便，維修容易。

4、注意填料的冷卻情況，填料的的調整，不可太緊，以液體能一滴一滴漏出為準，填料太緊發(fā)熱、消耗功率。填料太松、使水泵中的液體漏損過多，降低效率。

it is ok that the fluid can leak in drops.The temperature will be high if the

padding is too tight which cumes power.If the padding is too loose, the

fluid leaks too much, the efficiency will be lower.

 6、軸承發(fā)熱

 The bearing is

 hot

 1、潤滑油脂不足

 2、潤滑油質量不好或不清潔

 3、軸心沒有對準

 4、軸承松動或磨損

 5、皮帶太緊

 1.Lubricating grease is not enough

 2.The quality of lubricating oil is not

 good or dirty

 3.The axes is not aiming

 4.The bearing is loose or attrition

 5.The belt is too tight.

 1、加油

 2、清洗軸承

 3、找正

 4、修正

 5、適當放松

 the bearing

 3.Aligning

 4.Amending

 5.Loosen it properly
