混流泵

開車順序：

    1、關(guān)閉出口閘閥

    2、將水注入水泵，以排除進水管及泵內(nèi)空氣，可從泵體頂端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（開動真空泵，排除水泵及管內(nèi)氣體在水充滿水泵的同時，起動水泵，打開閘閥，停止真空泵）。

3、開啟電動機（注意水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向）。

    4、當(dāng)電動機正常運轉(zhuǎn)后，逐步開大閘閥，達到所要求的工況后，調(diào)節(jié)填料松緊。若水泵運轉(zhuǎn)，軸承溫度等都正常，則可繼續(xù)運行。

III.  Starting

Sequence

   1.Close the oulet

sluice valve.

   2. Inject

water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized

by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or

by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump and pipes, start

the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the

vacuum pump).

   3. Start the

motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

   4. When the motor runs normally, turn up the

sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the

required working condition.If the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is

normal, and it can run sequentially.

Maintenance

    1、經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度，軸承箱內(nèi)應(yīng)裝70%的鈣基黃油，不得過多或過少，軸承升溫一般不得比周圍超過35°C，軸承的極限溫度不得超過75°C（用手摸感到燙手），若超過應(yīng)停車檢查原因予以消除。

Check the bearing temperature

regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or

too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher

than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

 4、耗用功率太大

 The power

 cumption is too large

 1、轉(zhuǎn)速太高

 2、傳動軸彎曲

 3、填料壓得太緊

 4、軸承磨損或損壞

 5、葉輪和前蓋摩擦

 6、皮帶太緊

 1.The rotate speed is too high

 3.The padding is too tight

 4.The bearing is worn out

 5.Impeller clashes the front cover

 6.The belt is too tight

 1、降低轉(zhuǎn)速

 2、校直

 3、擰松壓蓋螺栓或?qū)⑻盍先〕龃虮庖恍?

 4、更換軸承

 5、調(diào)整葉輪端面軸向間隙

 6、適應(yīng)放松

 1.Reduce the rotate speed

 2.Straightening

 3.Loose the cap blot or take our the

 padding and make it more flat

 4.Change the bearing

 5.Ajust the end play of impeller end face

 6.Loose the belt to suitable degree
