混流泵

開車順序：

    1、關(guān)閉出口閘閥

    2、將水注入水泵，以排除進水管及泵內(nèi)空氣，可從泵體頂端引水杯注入清水，也可用真空泵注水（開動真空泵，排除水泵及管內(nèi)氣體在水充滿水泵的同時，起動水泵，打開閘閥，停止真空泵）。

3、開啟電動機（注意水泵的旋轉(zhuǎn)方向）。

    4、當電動機正常運轉(zhuǎn)后，逐步開大閘閥，達到所要求的工況后，調(diào)節(jié)填料松緊。若水泵運轉(zhuǎn)，軸承溫度等都正常，則可繼續(xù)運行。

III.  Starting

Sequence

   1.Close the oulet

sluice valve.

   2. Inject

water into pump to remove the air in water-in pipe and pump which can realized

by injecting clear water from the water diversion cup of the pump body end or

by vacuum pump(start the vacuum pump, remove the air from pump and pipes, start

the water pump when the pump is full of water, open the sluice valve, stop the

vacuum pump).

   3. Start the

motor(pay more attention on the rotation direction of pump)

   4. When the motor runs normally, turn up the

sluice valve gradually, adjust the tightness of padding when gettng to the

required working condition.If the pump runs well, the temperature of bearing is

normal, and it can run sequentially.

Maintenance

    1、經(jīng)常檢查軸承溫度，軸承箱內(nèi)應裝70%的鈣基黃油，不得過多或過少，軸承升溫一般不得比周圍超過35°C，軸承的極限溫度不得超過75°C（用手摸感到燙手），若超過應停車檢查原因予以消除。

Check the bearing temperature

regularly.The bearing box should be put 70% butter,it can not be too much or

too little.The temperature rising of bearing can not be more than 35°C higher

than around temperature and the limiting temperature of bearing is 75°C,if the temperature is higher than 75°C, stop to check the reason and adjust it.

離心泵

1、離心泵的工作原理

水泵開動前，先將泵和進水管灌滿水，水泵運轉(zhuǎn)后，在葉輪高速旋轉(zhuǎn)而產(chǎn)生的離心力的作用下，葉輪流道里的水被甩向四周，壓入蝸殼，葉輪入口形成真空，水池的水在外界大氣壓力下沿吸水管被吸入補充了這個空間。繼而吸入的水又被葉輪甩出經(jīng)蝸殼而進入出水管。1、繼續(xù)加灌或抽氣2、檢查并堵塞之3、用轉(zhuǎn)速表檢查予以調(diào)整4、降低安裝位置減少吸程5、改變旋轉(zhuǎn)方向6、減少輸水高度1。由此可見，若離心泵葉輪不斷旋轉(zhuǎn)，則可連續(xù)吸水、壓水，水便可源源不斷地從低處揚到高處或遠方。綜上所述，離心泵是由于在葉輪的高速旋轉(zhuǎn)所產(chǎn)生的離心力的作用下，將水提向高處的，故稱離心泵。

深井潛水泵

首先看一下水泵此時運行的電流和平常運行時候的電流差別有多大。如果比平時運行時候?。ɑ暇褪瞧綍r電流的23），那么就有葉輪磨損、泵頭上面的止逆閥堵塞等問題。如果和平時電流一樣大，那么就是管墊漏水、管子漏水、泵體漏水等問題。Addpaddingtofillthegapsandthentightenthebolts4。如果比平時運行的時候電流大，那么基上可以確定是易損件磨損的問題。另外補充一點，電纜如果破損的話，水量跟平時是一樣大，但是電流會變大。3相380V電機的電流一般是2.2A。以上原因只要是經(jīng)常維修深井泵的修理人員就可以查出來。
