沖壓件是靠壓力機(jī)和模具對(duì)板材、帶材、管材和型材等施加外力，使之產(chǎn)生塑性變形或分離，從而獲得所需形狀和尺寸的工件（沖壓件）的成形加工方法。沖壓和鍛造同屬塑性加工（或稱壓力加工），合稱鍛壓。

管材的鋸削：選用細(xì)齒鋸條，當(dāng)管壁鋸?fù)负箅S即將管子沿著推鋸方向轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)一個(gè)適當(dāng)角度，再繼續(xù)鋸割，依次轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)，直至將管子鋸斷。鋸割時(shí)管子必須夾正。
