加強(qiáng)技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的宣貫和發(fā)行工作。制定技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的目的在于運(yùn)用。只有技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)得到運(yùn)用，才能發(fā)揮作用，取得效益。而技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)行和宣貫工作，是技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)運(yùn)用工作的重要環(huán)節(jié)，做好技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的發(fā)行工作十分重要。

加熱爐的分類:

1.有純加熱爐，如常壓爐、減壓爐等；有加熱爐反應(yīng)爐，如裂解爐、焦化爐等。  

2.按傳熱方式分類：有純對(duì)流式爐、輻射對(duì)流式爐和輻射式爐。

The classification of the heating furnace:

1. there are pure heating furnaces, such as ctant pressure furnace, pressure reducing furnace, and so on; there are reheating furnace reaction furnaces, such as cracking furnace and coking furnace.  

2. classified according to the heat transfer mode: there are pure convection furnace, radiant convective furnace and radiant furnace.

按爐型結(jié)構(gòu)分類：有箱式爐、立式爐等。  按燃燒形式分類：底燒式爐、側(cè)燒式爐。  按供風(fēng)形式分類：強(qiáng)制供風(fēng)爐、自然供風(fēng) .

Classification of heating furnace:

Classification according to the form of air supply: forced air supply furnace and natural supply wind.

按爐溫分布，爐膛沿長(zhǎng)度方向分為預(yù)熱段、加熱段和均熱段。進(jìn)料端爐溫較低為預(yù)熱段，其作用在于利用爐氣熱量，以提高爐子的熱效率。加熱段為主要供熱段，爐氣溫度較高，以利于實(shí)現(xiàn)快速加熱。

According to the distribution of furnace temperature, the furnace is divided into preheating section, heating section and uniform heating section along the length direction.

The lower temperature of the feed end is the preheating section, and its function is to increase the heat efficiency of the furnace by utilizing the heat of the furnace gas.

The heating section is the main heating section, and the furnace gas temperature is relatively high, which is conducive to rapid heating.
