加熱質(zhì)量好。加熱時(shí)介質(zhì)出爐溫度需符合工藝要求，防止局部過熱出現(xiàn)結(jié)焦、結(jié)炭或危險(xiǎn)。

燃料消耗低。站場(chǎng)用加熱爐的能量消耗有10～15％消耗于爐子上，節(jié)省的燃料對(duì)降低單位成本和節(jié)約能源都有重要意義。

The quality of heating is good. The heating temperature of the medium should meet the requirements of the process, preventing the local overheating from coking, carbon or explosion.  

Fuel cumption is low. The energy cumption of the reheating furnace in the station is 10 ~ 15% on the furnace. The fuel saving is of great significance to reducing unit cost and saving energy.

燃料氣的流動(dòng)速度   燃料氣的流動(dòng)速度與火焰的長短有密切關(guān)系，在外混式燃燒器中，燃料氣流速過大，會(huì)引起脫火；在半預(yù)混燃燒器中，燃料氣流速過小會(huì)引起回火。
