清除沖壓機(jī)床滑塊底面、工作臺(tái)面（或墊板平面）以及模具的上、下模座平面內(nèi)的任何雜物或異物。手工扳動(dòng)沖壓機(jī)床飛輪（或操縱點(diǎn)動(dòng)按鈕），調(diào)整上滑塊到上死點(diǎn)位置，并轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)螺桿，將連桿長度調(diào)到短（即閉合高度大）。
