真空包裝機不封口怎么辦？

當真空機不密封時，應注意以下幾點： 

 1，袋口有油，很難密封。這不是技術問題或質(zhì)量問題。在包裝前選擇漏斗包，既干凈又易于操作。

2，加熱溫度不夠，調(diào)節(jié)溫度計，標準真空包裝袋可加熱約兩秒鐘。

 3.檢查絕緣布下面的加熱條是否損壞，兩側銅塊是否松動。 

 4，真空泵工作正常。 

 5，加熱布應始終保持清潔，以防止碎屑在加熱布上熔化。 

 6，檢查驅(qū)動密封的氣壓。

7，要特別注意電熱絲是否老化。

 8，加熱時間繼電器損壞?

9，變壓器工作正常。
