五金沖壓件與鑄件、鍛件相比，具有薄、勻、輕、強(qiáng)的特點(diǎn)。沖壓可制出其他方法難于制造的帶有加強(qiáng)筋、肋、起伏或翻邊的工件，以提高其剛性。秦皇島五金沖壓件由于采用精密模具，工件精度可達(dá)微米級(jí)，且重復(fù)精度高、規(guī)格一致，可以沖壓出孔窩、凸臺(tái)等。冷沖壓件一般不再經(jīng)切削加工，或僅需要少量的切削加工。熱沖壓件精度和表面狀態(tài)低于冷沖壓件，但仍優(yōu)于鑄件、鍛件，切削加工量少。

槽鋼的鋸削：槽鋼的鋸削與扁鋼一樣，但是要分二次從寬邊面往下鋸，不能在一個(gè)面上往下鋸，應(yīng)盡量做到在長(zhǎng)的鋸縫口上起鋸，因此工件必須多次改變夾持的位置。
